k_pradeep1234 Posted August 30, 2013 Report Posted August 30, 2013 WIth same employer I got my H1B extention this month Aug 2013 till next year Aug 2014. Now I want to go India, So I got to know that using Interview Waiver Program, no need to attend interview. I went through the checklist for this process. I met all requirements but except one point, that is my last H1B visa was issued in Canada instead of India, Do I still qualify for IWP in India? My employer, visa class , position and everything is same.Please advise, should I get the visa stamped in India if I want IWP to be counted?
jairichi Posted August 30, 2013 Report Posted August 30, 2013 The requirements to be met are all and not any 3 or 4. Based on that you will not qualify for an IWP at India. Wait for other members who had similar experience to comment
