Change of job description after prevailing wage determination

Hi

My company filled prevailing wage determination 2 month back and it got approved now they are changing the job description.

Initially when they filled PWD it was:"BA in Comp. Science, Computer & Systems Engineering or related field, or equiv. comb. of education & experience. "

So my lawyer was saying job description qualifies for EV3.

Now the description has changed to  :"Bachelor's Degree required."

According to the new update I think I qualify for EB2.

So my question is can i still apply for EB2 or we need to do the prevailing wage determination  again to qualify for EV2.
