Experience letters validation procedure

HI,

 

In GC Advertisement Job description they will mention 1. Roles & Responsibilites 2. Tools.

 

What are the things should match in our experience letter. My detailed experience letters will talk only about tools. Do we need to get the roles also in the letter.

 

Example :

Advertisement says : Expert in Database design, Star schema, etc.,

 

Is our experience also required to say expert in Database design, star schema et.,

 

 

I believe tools should match 100% list.

Your experience letter should show you have the the skills and the degree of expertise listed in the job advert. In the example you gave, your experience letter should show you are highly proficient in Database design, Star schema, etc
