Please advice - Visa Approved and passport was kept with VO but status showing as Administrative Processing

Hi,

 

I had attended visa today at Toronto and I was informed by VO , that my visa is approved and passport was kept with VO, but now when I am checking the status it was showing as Administrative Processing. Is any one else on same boat?

I heard from my friend that it will change into Administrative Processing before changing into Issued.. So dont worry....

First day it shows as adminstrative processing .Next day it changes to Issued.

 

One of my friend got visa approved from Vancouver and it was shown in the same way .Next day it changed to Issued....

what you mean exactly by VO kept the passport ..?

 

If the vis is approved they will send the stamped passport to the loomis branch ..ISnt it the same with you ..?

Yes for the first day it will show as "Adminstrative processing" and next day i will be changed to "issued".whats ur case craetion date and case last updated date?

Hello There ! 

My interview was on 26th at Toronto and when I came to check status it said Adm Processing . The VO said my visa was approved and follow with loomis in 3-5 days .I am still waiting my case status says Ready sometime and Adm Processing sometime . Not sure how to judge case status ,anyone with same issue .I personally think based on applicants I saw at consulate ,we can expect delay in visa stamping process .

My VISA got approved on 8/26 and I was told by VO to wait for 3-5 business days to get my passport.
Surprising today I received an email from Toronto Clearance Responses stating request to appear...
Any information will be helpful...

i had my visa appointment on 19th august.    as of 08/30 , i didn't get any update on passport & it will follow the long weekend. please let me know how can we check the status of the visa stamp?

Shayona you should be handed over a white A4 size paper where you have a website link where you can check the status of your passport .You can send an email to US counslate asking for status as it has passed wait time of 3-5 days

My Interview done @ 16th September, VO kept my Passport 

CEAC status : Admin. Process

Change to READY

And now Again Change to : ADMIN PROCESS 

Please Reply what is next. 

you get any update from them.
