My interview was 9:30 am, we were allowed in @9:05 Checked the passport, appointment letter, I-797 and DS-160 Confirmation, no sealed envelopes allowed. There was locker for mobile phone, I used it. Go to first floor for Security checkup, Get the token and give finger prints.... If your DS-160 photo is no later than six months, then you do not need any new passport photo. Gave finger prints and went to 20th floor where actual interview happened... Waited about 5 minutes until my token number is displayed and announced.... Went to couter 6 that is a Male VO. VO: Hello, How are you...? ME: Good Morning sir, I am good How are you...? VO: I am good. VO: Is it your first H1B Visa...? ME: Yes Sir VO: Did you study in US..? ME: Yes I did. VO: Where did you study....? ME: I told my university name.... VO: What was the course...? ME: MBA VO: Being MBA graduate how come you are in IT....? ME: I Explained How my MBA is related/important in my day to day duties.... VO: When did you graduate..? ME: I told month and year VO: After your graduation you have been working with same employer...? ME: NO, I changed the employer... VO: Can I see your MBA transcripts....? ME: Sure VO: Why not Micro Economics as pre-requisite here compared to Macro-Economics...? ME: Just explained... VO: Can I see your Driving License, Pay stubs, LCA and Offer Letter....? ME: Sure Sir...Handed over them. VO: Do you work @ end client...? ME: Yes I do VO: Do you have written proof from your end client....? ME: Yes I do, given end client letter VO: What is end client name means....? ME: I told its name of the President VO: What do you do @end client...? ME: Explained my duties briefly. VO: Do you work with employees of end client or any other contractors @ end client place...? ME: Work with employees of end client VO: Where is your end client located..? ME: Told the address with city and state VO: Then Why do you have still Other state's driving license....? ME: I commute using public transport. VO: Still you need to have some kind of ID there right..? ME: I can get it in a week if I needed. VO: How far is your work place from home...? ME: 2.5 Miles. VO: How do you go to work by bus or train..? ME: By bus VO: How long it takes to get to the work...? ME: About 6 minutes He was typing for 3 minutes and I was praying god....
