Travel companion needed for my mom - from Hyd to IAD or BWI (washington DC)

My mom is planning to come to IAD or BWI from hyderabad. Tickets are not booked yet but shes planning to come sometime in second week of september. dates are flexible. Please let me know if anyone else is coming this way. Airline is also flexible.
