Visiting INDIA after NOC before Waiver application

Hi

 

A very simple but logical question. I have received my all 3 NOCs from India last month but I have not applied for waiver yet. 

that means indian consulate have my NOC but i have not started step 3 for getting waiver.

Now visiting india would be OK ? I am not suppose to apply for NOCs again, right ?

I will apply for waiver once I am back.

I believe you are talking about J1 waiver. If yes, you could travel to India and re-enter US without any problem.

Even if you had applied for waiver your J1 status is valid till the last date mentioned in your current DS2019.
