visit to India for H4 visa holder

Hello,

my husnabd is on H1 & i am on H4 visa here. we already applied for Greencard in Feb 2012.  I have not been to India since 7 years. now i want to go India for vacation without my husband. is it possible? can i go without him since he has H1B visa? can i get easily visa stamping in India? or should i go to Canada for stamping? because i heard that sometimes they do not give visa stamping in India. they are very strict. Please advice

you can definitely enjoy your vacation in India..there would not be any problems in stamping too...just carry all your documents...India Canada doesnt matter.
