State Taxes

Question regarding state taxes, LCA, I129, both says that employee is working in client located in state 'A', whereas the pay stub that is running currently is still running from State 'B'. Both the clients are different. The employee currently moved to a new project and hence moved to state 'A' but the pay stubs are still running for State 'B' and has only state 'B' taxes. will this be an issue during H1B stamping? if not, what is the reasonable explanation?

Vinay,

Thanks for the reply and i think the employer is initiaiting the process. is that something that only he can do? or can i do it by logging into the pay stub portal? Sorry i dont know much info about this so any info will be of great help here.
