Wife Working on EAD

Hi All,

 

My Wife has started doing consulting using her EAD ( primary EAD holder is myself). So what happens if she uses EAD to work on W2 with the vendor and if the project ends, in that case she no longer will be with that vendor thru which she has got that job and using her EAD to work on W2. What happens to her status, does she need to be employed with somebody right after her project ends or its ok to be without job, also without any employer while she is using her EAD.

Shes fine even if she doesnt work...her Status is based on Pending 485...so shes good.
