Going to India after completing court supervision

Last year, I plead guilty to simple battery Misd A. I was under court supervision of 9 months and now I am done with court supervision successfully. I am going to visit India for vacation. I would like to know what all the documents need to be carried and questions asked at POE. Please suggest.

Assuming you are not a U.S. citizen, you typically need to have an attorney review the details of the case BEFORE you leave the U.S. Once an attorney has reviewed the matter, s/he can advise you on what you should bring to the consulate and what risks traveling may pose.
