I am currently on OPT status which is valid through Nov 2013, my H1b visa has been approved this year and will start from Oct 1st 2013...Meanwhile I got a full time opportunity from employer B. Is it possible for me to transfer H1b before Oct 1st.... Please help..!! Link to comment

Do you mean transfer or extension? I believe you mean transfer. In that case they will not know about your H1B transfer as you have not started to work for them. But, once your H1B petition with new employer is approved and if it is before your start date of Oct 1st do inform your previous employer. Link to comment
