h1b on B.Tech EEE Degree

I did my Masters in Comp. Sc in New York and i am on H1B. My Wife is on H4 now. She graduated with B.Tech in EEE degree in india. Is she eligible to apply for H1B for neat year ??

 

I was told that only if she do masters degree from any of USA university or has 3 years work experience in india before coming to usa then she will be eligible to apply for H1B. Is that true ??

Not sure who gave you the rules.

For MS candidates, its tru to have a MS degree for US, but Bachelors candidates do apply as well on H1b.
