H4 Visa updation

Hi,

I am on a H4 Visa, my husband is on H1B,we are with Indian Passport residing in USA. My husband has changed his company now. So we got our new I-797 with extension. I was wondering if we could both get our Visa stamping done in Canada US consulate, or what is the procedure, for both of us ie both H1b and H4.

First time I got my Visa in India.

Plz help us with the details.
