abhi19 Posted August 26, 2013 Report Share Posted August 26, 2013 Hi Folks, I need some advice on my case. I got H1B VISA in June 2010 (F1 Till then-Reputed University) from Company A. (Valid till September 2013) Visa Stamped Nov 2010- Hyderabad India. October 2012- Company A got Acquired by Company B. Company B files H1B for me and my wife and I got approval notice- I797. My visa is expiring in September 2013 and have approved I797 for next 3 years. I am planning to go to Toronto for visa stamping next month. Please let me know if I can apply for renewal at Toronto Embassy based on above case. Is there any restriction for Indian Passport Holders to get Visa Stamp in Toronto? I am planning to go alone for my stamping to Canada, My wilfe will be traveling to India in November this year so she can get stamped in India then. Is it mandatory for her also to come with me for Visa Stamping in Toronto? Because I am primary applicant? Thanks Link to comment
