Question on Canada Visiting Visa(TRV)

Hello guys,

I recently applied for H1B and awaiting for the response. Before I get the response, I am planning to apply for canadian visiting visa so that I can get my Canada visa and H1B at same/similar time(may be in a month i.e. early october) and hence I can immediately book the H1B visa slot for november and go to canada as a tourist and appear in the US consulate for the H1B stamping.

When am filling the online application of Canadian TRV, it is asking to upload the documents for Purpose of Visit and Invitation letter.

My question here is:

1. How important is to upload the invitational letter. Is their any other alternative documents I can attach in the Invitation letter section as dont have any friends/family in canada.

2. What kind of supporting documents I can upload for the purpose of visit section, in my case.

3. Is it fine to go to US consulate for H1B stamping, as I am not mentioning the purpose of my canada visa as H1B stamp.

You have to upload I 797 receipt for invitation letter.
