AR-11 form needed to be filled if I-94 has new address

Hi,

 

I had not updated my address using AR-11 form when I moved but

I had put my new address in the I-94 form when I last entered US. My address has not changed since.
 

Do I still need to fill that form?

You always have to update AR-11 form.
