I want to apply for an OPT on my Masters degree so that I can start a job. I am currently past the 60 day limit after the completion of my MS. Thanks Link to comment
omshiv
You need to apply H1B for working. Link to comment

I want to apply for an OPT on my Masters degree so that I can start a job. I am currently past the 60 day limit after the completion of my MS. Thanks That's not possible. You are studying, so the possibility of OPT for MS is over. You could get pre-completion OPT while studying in the PhD program. That would be 20 hours/week max during classes, and 40 hours/week during summer recess. That's for internships. If you want to drop out and start working, you would need to get an H1. Link to comment
