newuser21
Hi, I have been on H1b for 6 yrs from 2007 to 2013. My H1b was filed and approved in 2007 based on equivalency to bachelors from academic + professional education & experience. I do not have bachelors degree, instead I have 3 yrs full time diploma. Now I am filing a new H1b, and professional experience is 10+ yrs and IT back ground is even stronger than when my first h1b was approved in 2007. Do I still need to worry about education requirement in new h1b filing though I already spent 6 yrs on h1b, my I-140 is also approved on that basis, and the fact that i have lived and settled here for 6 yrs? Thanks Link to comment
