H1B stamping in canada without salary slip for one month

Hi All,

 

I transfered my H1B from company A to company B in July. But in June month i was in bench and company A does not run my payroll for June month. So, I don't have salary slip for June month.

I joined the company B in mid of July. 

 

I am planning to go for H1B stamping to Canada in november.

How complicated my case in terms of payslip??

You need to get paid every month on H1. Not getting paid= out of status, to keep you in status you have to file a complaint against that FRAUD employer for not paying you on bench. You will be in trouble if you don't do this.
