I am on H1b till 4/24/2014. I am going for stamping in September next month. I have all the docs ready with client and vendor letter. if I get my stamping denied is there any chance to come back to US?

If you are asking whether you could enter US based on valid I797 and if your H1B visa is denied then the answer is NO.

No, only option is dependent visa if you are married.

No Buddy, there are no chances to come to USA directly. you have to go to India and you can apply for New H1 or F1 from India.
