H1B stamping in India

Hi,

i am going to India(Mumbai) for H1B stamping, is there anything to take care of before attending interview.

Also i am doing B2 visa for my family, is it ok if they sponsor their trip or i should sponsor to get it approved.What all documents should be required for B2 if they are sponsoring?

They should do self sponsor. You stay out if it for their own benefit

If all your documents and credentials are good you should be fine. It is better your family sponsors their visitor visa to US.
