dele Posted August 25, 2013 Report Share Posted August 25, 2013 No bags are allowed inside the consulate. I don't know about binders. To be on the safe side, put your documents in a big envelope (like a big brown or white envelope) instead of using a binder. You can separate your documents into groups, hold each group with a piece of paper clip, and then put all of them into a big envelope. Link to comment

Avoid bags, on your appointment letter it clearly states that no bags allowed, why take chances, use a plastic organizer and carry that along.
