h1b stamping...Dont have originals certificates and photo on passport not clear

Hi,

I am planning to go to canada for h1b stamping.recently in theft i lost my origincal certificates and passport.

 

had applied for new passport from SF but the photo on the passport is not clear. will that cause any issue?

 

i have also got some of the duplicate certificates but stil my engg ceritificate is pending. have copies of all the certificates though.

is it ok if i can show police report and mention that during stamping?

 

 

do we need to have originals for W2 and tax returns too?

 

i am FT emp with the same company since 3 yrs now. i ve originals since then but some how don ve originals for w2 , tax returns , i 797 LCA before that.

 

please advice on my situation.

My suggestion would be to postpone visa interview until you get duplicates of all missing documents.

I think, best suggestion would be to contact some Immigration lawyer or Agent rather ask anyone here buddy. Don't worry there are always ways to such issues.
