H1b visa stamp valid only till 1/14/14 but validity till 9/30/14

Hi everyone, 

I went for my first H1b stamping last year to Delhi and was granted a visa after a month of waiting. The visa stamping is valid only till 1/14 /14 but my H1b is approved till 9/30/14 which probably means I cannot leave US between that time. I have a family commitment in april next year and I HAVE to visit india for that. Is there a way that I can visit India during this time? Also my company will have to apply for visa extension next year,  is there anything like early visa extension which exists so that I can get my visa stamping done.

Please help!

Your employer can apply for an extension of status then you could leave to India, apply for a new H1B visa based on approved I797 at consulate and enter with that.
