jignesh8984
I am on EVVC model..i have Letters from everyone though including client. I m going for stamping next month. is there problem in EVVC model? Link to comment
Czar460
@Jignesh There won't be any problem if you have all the documents with You. I was on EVVC model and changed it to EVC model before going to Visa interview . The VO asked only for Client letter. Make sure that the client mentions ur Petitioner in the Letter. Link to comment
Attorney_10
The U.S. consulate heavily scrutinizes this type of model. Generally, the consular officer will ask questions relating to the end client project, job duties, and the employer-employee relationship. Letters from all parties will help support the bona fide nature of the H1B position as long as the information in the letters is consistent with and verifies the information in the petition. Please schedule a consultation with an experience immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts of your case and the types of documents that are needed for the visa interview. Link to comment
H1BJourney
After reading so many experiences, I understood Visa officer concentrates only on client letter. Make sure you mention your employer name on it. As long as you have good docs, you are good Link to comment

rahul412
@rahul412 yes I did...whats is ur opinion on this? I can't give a better opinion than any attorney. So do what he said. Link to comment
omshiv
I can't give a better opinion than any attorney. So do what he said. Well Said. OP..EVVC is dead...the VV in between are just to suck your hard earned $$. USCIS doenst like those in between. Better join a direct employer. Link to comment
jignesh8984
but if client mentioned my employer's name in letter than how VO going to find out that I have VV in between? Link to comment
rahul412
but if client mentioned my employer's name in letter than how VO going to find out that I have VV in between? Because your H1 petition has those details in it. Just simply mentioning the employer's name doesn't fix the problem. Can you get the signed SOW between your employer and client without mentioning VV's in that document?? Link to comment
H1BJourney
What letters did you submit when filling for H1B. Just keep the same way for interview too. Link to comment
JoeF
but if client mentioned my employer's name in letter than how VO going to find out that I have VV in between? It's in your H1. And the VO may ask. If you lie about the middle vendors, you could get banned for life. The bottom line is, stuff with middle vendors is over. Link to comment
