H4 Interview scheduling - Petitioner details.

Hi Guys,

 

Am on H1b here and am trying to schedule an H4 Interview for my wife and there is some place where we need to fill in the Petitioner's details. My wife was here with me for a long time and she also has an I-797 document she received after filing the extension (I539 application). It has a separate receipt number from my I-797. 

 

Am confused whether I need to write I-797 details or my wife's here??

 

Please help.

Kindly help me with this clarification. Also, even while filling DS-160, wife's I 797 details was not mentioned anywhere (or did not find any place where I need to put). Please let me know whether anyone has gone through this.
