Currently working for company x and got offer from company y and h1b transfer is in process (premium process). Now I want to stay with my current employer and need to go India in another 1 week for family emergency. I got permission and supporting documents from current employer, will there be any problem in my stamping? Do they ask about the recent visa transfer to company y? Thanks nithu Link to comment
