Maintaining F1 status

I require your help. Please give your suggestion for the problem below:

 

I was on H4 from 2012. I applied for COS from H4 to F1. I got my F1 approved on August 3rd 2013. I have also applied for H1 this year. 

I do not wish to join Fall semester which starts from September 3rd 2013, as I am confident on my H1. 
If I don't join school, I will go out of status. How should I maintain my status just for a month i.e. from Sept to Oct. 
As from October H1 will start. 

Also, I have a valid H4 visa till 2013. But my visa stamping is expired.

 

What should I do in this situation?
