H1B to L1A

Hi all,

I have a query regarding H1B to L1A.

I worked in company 'A' in India for 5 years. This includes some team lead activities as well.

then I moved to company'B' in u.s on h1b. I have been with them from last 2 years.

Now the company 'A' want to recruit me back.

1) can I join them on L1A ?

2) if yes, then can they file my green card on EB1 ?

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
