EAD & Job Resignation for Dependent

Hi, 

 

Me and my wife are working on EAD for last few months. GC is still in processing. I'm with my current employer working as contractor on EAD.

 

My wife has joined a company and started working as Full Time. Now she has resigned the job due to some hostile work environment. 

 

EAD (through my current employer on H1B)

 

1) Will this effect the Green Card Processing ?

2) Any effect on the future employment?

3) Can she look out for a job immediately and start working ?

4) Any other issues with this resignation ?

5) Does she need to be working or can she take a break for couple of months on EAD  and the start the new job ?

6) will there be any issue on the status and staying in USA. ?

7) Can she go to India and come back on AP?

 

Please let me know if there will be any issue?

Your wife's EAD will not affect your GC.
