Monthly Expenses on H1

Can employer pay monthly expenses (as a check) for an employee like cell phone, gas bills, utilities, internet etc when receipts are provided by the employee?

Are there any restrictions related to this like amount etc?

when u say proof, do u mean receipts?

if so, i send them (scanned copies or screenshots) to my employer for their records every month.

That should be fine. But make sure you have proof for that.

But you do fill some kind of paper work for that. Those papers were you enter the total amount, you need them with the approval.

yes, my employer has a specific format for that and we fill every month...enter individual amounts with receipts..they approve (sign it)..some times if some expense is not eligible they ask to remove it..
