But you do fill some kind of paper work for that. Those papers were you enter the total amount, you need them with the approval. Link to comment

Those papers were you enter the total amount, you need them with the approval. yes, my employer has a specific format for that and we fill every month...enter individual amounts with receipts..they approve (sign it)..some times if some expense is not eligible they ask to remove it..
