CANADA Visa Processing Times

Hello Folks,

 

Has anyone applied for a CANADA Visitor Visa lately. I applied on August 15 online. I was wondering if anyone has applied recently and got it. Can you give an idea of how long it is taking. The reason I ask is i heard that CANADIAN officers have gone on strike, so was wondering if there is any impact.

You will receive canada trv in one month, no strike affect on online trv.  I applied recently and recived visa in 1 month.

Thats not true. People are getting response once they applied online in a week or so asking to send the passport

I applied on 5th of Aug and got request for passport on 13th Aug.

I have applied In July and it took 30 days exactly...

@ravi6775 - I applied my CANADA passport on August 15th Online and heard back from them on August 21. I sent them on August 26th and had my Visa back by August 31st or so. So Totally about 15-16 days.
