Question on DS 160 form

Hello, I have my I140 approved and my first H1-B visa appointment is next week, I already submitted my DS 160 form recently.

 

For a question in DS 160 form (Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the USCIS) I answered NO, is this question related to GC petition? 

will it be a problem? if so can I make any update to the form, if so how can I do that?.

you need to fill the new DS 160 and update that in your appointment website and consulate by email

Little confused with this..

One of my frnd is in the same stage as me, he answered NO to the question and he got Visa Approved yesterday...
