Hello Friends,

 

Mine is a Work from home Project and I work from NJ. All my paystubs are run from NJ as i live there. My client location is in NC and i travel there ocasionally.

 

What should i answer to the question for, Where do you work from ?

 

on I-129 I have my client location (NC) as work address and in LCA I have both my client location (NC) and home address (NJ) as my work address.

 

Appreciate if someone can answer my question. Thanks in advance.

I think that should not be a major problem

ask your employer and attorney for the same.
