what should be the monthly income to be specified in DS160 form?

 

1. Prevailing wage in LCA/12. (section G).

2. wage rate in LCA/12. (section F).

3. Monthly pay (shall vary per pay stub) based on bonus, overtime, etc...

4. annual income menitoned in the offer letter/12.

 

any help is much much appreciated.

as we have a varying pay check every month i am guessing it should be LCA/12 rather than just guessing and putting some random number in that salary section in LCA.

I believe it should be your monthly income, as simple as that. Your monthly income is the minimum constant amount that your employer pays you. Bonus, overtime are just extra variable pay, which you get on top of your salary.

@mssh: What did you final decided to go with for your DS forms..? Is it the LCA/12 or constant monthly income that you get every month..?

You need to list the your actual income.
