Travel with old employer stamping while husband has new stamping

Hi,

I have a stamping till septmber, 2014 with old employer say Employer A . I changed my company on April, 2012 say employer B and got approved till April, 2015. I went to India on May 2013 for my wedding and came back with old employer stamping and new I 797. POE they just asked did u change company and ask me to show new I797. I got I94 valid till the exp date new new I797. My husband recently got visa stamping withe new employer Employer B. I am planing to go to India again on next september and while coming back decided to bring my husband too. 

 

1. Do I need to go for stamping this time? since botth of us are coming back together and we have differnet stamping on passport.

2. Is old employer can cancel my visa? which will prevent me to enter to US

(1) By next September 2014, at the time of your return if your visa had expired then you have to go for stamping

 

(2) No, it will not affect anything
