Travel with old stamping while spouse is having new employer stamping

Hi,

I have a valid h1b stamping till sept,2014 with amploer A.I changed company in april 2012 and my spouse recently got visa with new company emploer B. I am in is and he is in India now. I am planing to travel to India in september and while coming we planing to come together.

1. Do I need to go for stamping as his stamping nd my stamping is differnet will it make in POE?

2.Is my old employer can cancel my visa? Which will prevent me to enter into us from POE?

3.I went and come back with my old stamping two months ago without any problem.

If you are planning to travel in September 2013,

(1) No, you do not need to go for new stamping.

(2) Your old employer can not cancel your visa.

(3) It will be the same and both of you will not have any problem. Just show your new I797 at POE
