Hi All,

I am on EVC Model. Currently the salary i get every month is more than LCA amount and that's a good sign however i was looking at the DS forms and there is a question saying how much is your salary..? My paycheck every month varies now as i am little busy in office and client pays me extra hours In this case what should be my salary on DS forms..? should i mention that is on my LCA or should i mention what would be the average salary that would be end up on my W2 this year..?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

LCA salary/12. That's your monthly salary.

monthly salary would be what we get paid....not LCA/12...we could get paid more than LCA as well..

If that's constant amount then it's okay, usually people get paid by no.of hour wokred that means it varies month by month.
