Naresh_Kumar Posted August 16, 2013 Report Share Posted August 16, 2013 1) I am currently working for company ABC on L1B Visa which has validity until Nov 2014.2) I have applied for H1B visa in Apr 2013 through another company XYZ and it got approved. Question:Do I need to immediately move out of the current working company ABC after October 1st or is there any option to stay some time with the current working company after Oct 1st On L1 visa and move on to the other company XYZ later on H1B (In Nov or Dec 13).
