Change of status from H4 to F1

Hi,

Right now i am on H4 visa status and got my I-20 from *** sunnyvale , i have already applied for change in status on USCIS and my status is 'in process' (sub status -optimized) . Will i get F 1 visa ..? ...what are the steps involves after getting optimized status..how soon will i get F1? could u please help me out.... Thanks in advance..

why are you worried that your F1 will be rejected?

Any reason for joining that particular univiersity?? I have heard lot of rumors about that univ.

I believe the COS time frame is 2.5 months. Calculate it from the date your receipt is dated.
