lsreddy1980
Hi Forum Members Need your help... I have come to US in the month of March 2013 on B1 for project discussions with the client, and I got the I-94 valid for 3 months... After 2 months of my stay on B1 my employer has filed a Change of status petition (from B1 to H1) as i was a H1 cap exempted person. My Change of status petition got approved with new I-94 valid till 2015. Now i have been on valid H1 status with paychecks from June 2013. Now i would like to send my wife and kid for H4 stamping. What could be the questions they may get from the visa officer? What documents they need to carry for the visa interview? Will there be any issues in the above scenario for dependants? Please advice... Regards sudeep Link to comment
omshiv
For H4 it shouldn't matter much. Expect normal questions bout your job and marriage. For list of Documents check out the Consulate site. Link to comment
