HELP !! H1B First time stamping with extended I-797A

Hi Friends,

 

 

My current h1b expries on 11/22/13 and my h1b extension starts from 11/23/13 (recently got approved).

Can I attend to visa interview on sep'13 by booking the slot using the extended receipt# (This would be my first h1b stamping).

If so, what would be my stamping exp date be; 11/22/13 or end of my h1b ext date ??

do you have visa on your passport or is it expired (if you have done your masters)? I have question for you

Even I am also in the same situation like you. I have my h1b till December 2013 but I applied for early extension. Now my new h1b got approved from jan 1 2014 to december 2016.Right now I don't have any visa on my passport(since my f1 visa is expired and I didn't go for stamping on my first h1b ).

if you are in the same situation, is it possible to re enter US before 11/23/13?
