neha_garg123 Posted August 14, 2013 Report Share Posted August 14, 2013 Hi, My H1-B extension was filled and approved last year for a position of a Software Engineer. At that time PWD was ran, and my salary was above the PWD . I have since changed my role. Recently for a few new employees who had same role as my current role( but who were converting from F1- to H1-B), PWD analysis was ran, and it was determined that current salary for them is significantly below the PWD. In this case, company is procatively fixing their salaries. My questions are - 1. Since I perform similar job duties, am I eligible for salary adjustments by DOL laws? 2. Since company did not run PWD for me this year, as I have H1-B approved for next two year, are they by law required to make any adjustments until my next H1-B extension? If someone can point me to any DOL/LCA URL , I will really appreciate their help.. Thanks in advance! Link to comment
