Helpful hands
I have applied for for H1b with company A (NY) then change to company B (NJ) because I moved from NY to NJ. Now I am planning to move back to NY and join company A. Company A: April 2011 to March 2012 Company B: April 2012 to Present Company A has not drop my H1b. Do I have to file H1b transfer again or I can join company A directly? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
Of course, your company A has to file a H1B cap exempt petition and upon approval you could join company A. Link to comment
