PIMS verfication,ottawa

Hi ,i sent for PIMS verfication  will all my details and i-797 document to 

 ottawacons@state.gov,
 PIMS@state.gov

 

but i got a reply from ottawa consulate that

"We are unable to verify PIMS prior to your visa interview."

 

I have my interview next week in ottawa.

 

Can any one tell me is this message ok to recevie prior to interview

Their are 100's of posts in this forum about PIMS. And all it says is "you cannot verify your PIMS".

My opininon is its ok . They are telling that they could not do ahead of our interview time .
