Moving to Company C when Company A revoked i797 and Company B's H1B transfer is still under consideration

I had a valid/approved H1B petition and i797 from Company A until recently which was filed under 2012 quota. 

 

Company B initiated the H1B tranfer process under regular process on May 24th and it is still under "Initial review".

Company A revoked my H1B petition on July 24th.

 

Now Im planning to move to company C even though I dont have a valid I797. 

 

1. Should I opt for premium processing through Company C or regular processing?

2. Wait till Company B gets a valid i797 before I switching/transfering my employment?

I was advised by the attorneys at the Company C to wait till I get an approved H1B from Company B.

So Im waiting for H1B to get approved now.
