Dhiraj Raut
Hi, I am on H1B and my mother is with me on B2 visa. She entered USA on March 25 2013, and got I-94 validity till September 24, 2013. Considering the date, this looks exact 6 months, but actually its 184 days if we count day by day. She was planning to stay with me till September 07 2013 but due to some circumstances we are planning to extend her trip till September 22 2013, i.e. 182 days. My question is, considering a valid I-94, if we increase her stay beyond 180 days, will this create a problem for her in her next visit? Regards. Link to comment
omshiv
Nope..you are good to go...as long as your mom leaves US before the I-94 expiry, its good. Link to comment
jairichi
The date on I94 is the date till which she could stay in US legally. So, do not worry. Link to comment
