H1B Extension Stamping

I would like to clarify my concerns on H1B Stamping after H1 Extension. 

 

Current employer       -   H-1 Extension filed with current employer

Get the Stamping       -   From Country other than India

Employer Change      -   Will do a H-1 transfer

Stamping again if out of country       ?????

 

To clear my question, I am in Electrical Field with my current employer over my first 3 yrs of my H-1. I would like to get my H-1 extension filed with my current employer (premium Processing) and get the stamping done from country other than India.

My concern is, if I move into software field after coming back to US and change my employer and if I wanna go out of country (Say India), Do I need to get the stamping done again ???.
