L1 to H1B Cos : Visa Stamping at Vancouver,Canada

I went to Vancouver, Canada for my first H1B stamping. I was on L1B VISA previously and havent done MS in US.

 

Questions asked by VO

 

VO: How long with current employer?

VO: Any End client? If so, give me your Client letter along with your LCA

VO: What is your work location?

VO: Were you on L1B earlier? Who is the employer at that time? How many years with that employer?

VO: Did you do BTech? Is it a 3 year or 4 year degree?

VO: Current Salary?

VO: Any issues with your current employer?

VO: Approved!

 

Hope it helps the people who are in confusion whether they are eligible to go to Canada with no US education.

Congratulations.....just a few question and I know it will help a lot..here are my questions:

 1. you never had us education? is that right? so all your education was from your home country?

 2. this is your firts time H1 b stamping ever? what was the previous visa you had?
